Development Committee -3- <br /> SA-93-36 <br /> strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways. All areas not used for <br /> buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. Landscape <br /> details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of the <br /> Development Title and be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> 9 . A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height <br /> shall be constructed along the north property line of the <br /> subject parcel. The height of the wall within the <br /> setback of Filbert Avenue shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. A minimum <br /> five (5) foot wide planting strip shall be installed on <br /> the south side of the solid masonry wall. All screening <br /> and landscaping details shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan and be installed prior to issuance of <br /> the Certificate of Occupancy for the approved use. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8{b}) <br /> 10. A solid wooden fence six (6) to seven (7) feet in height <br /> shall be constructed along the east property line of the <br /> subject parcel. The height of the fence within the <br /> setback of Waterloo Road shall be consistent with Section <br /> 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. All fencing details <br /> shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be <br /> installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for the approved uses. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020. 8{b}) <br /> 11. The approved structure may be constructed on the east <br /> property line, as shown on the approved Site Plan. <br /> 12 . Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid <br /> masonry walls on three sides and gated on the fourth <br /> side. Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan <br /> and be installed prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8{e} ) <br /> 13 . Parking lot lighting shall be installed according to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1015. 5{g} of the Development <br /> Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises.
