(DISTRICT 1). <br /> APPLICANT: Charles Tuso APN: 119-210-37 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated FIood Hazard <br /> a <br /> Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, <br /> which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco. California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review <br /> at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Waterloo Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. Sunset Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-13 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
