APPROVED USE: This approval is for a church for up to 160 <br /> persons (use type: religious assembly, neighborhood) as <br /> shown on the Plan submitted March 19 , 1996. The uses are to <br /> take place in an existing 18, 000 square foot building. <br /> 8 ,200 square feet will be used for church storage. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br /> Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. pARKING: off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> (1) Aisles adjacent to perpendicular parking spaces shall <br /> be a minimum of 25 feet wide. (Development Title <br /> Section 1015.5[i] ) <br /> (2) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (3) A minimum of 54 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 3 accessible spaces. (1 space is required <br /> for every 3 seats. ) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015. 3) <br /> (4) one bicycle parking rack or storage device is required <br /> for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot <br /> and security lighting shall be installed. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 5[g] ) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises. No spillover beyond the property <br /> lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorists.
