LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> (1) Areas of the property which are not part of the project <br /> shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and <br /> dust free. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) A wood fence six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall <br /> be erected along the west property line within the <br /> parking area. A second wood fence six (6) to seven (7) <br /> feet in height shall be erected along the south <br /> property line of APN 119-210-16. Both fences shall be <br /> set back 20 feet from the street rights-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022 .4 [d] [11 ) <br /> (2) Storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to <br /> be visible from adjacent properties and public rights- <br /> of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet <br /> in height. (Development Title Section 1022 . 4 [d] [2] ) <br /> (3) Except for trash receptacles, outdoor storage is not <br /> permitted. <br /> h. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this <br /> project: <br /> (1) Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater <br /> than 65 db Ldn. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1025. 9[a] [1] or 505. 6[c] ) <br /> i. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building <br /> Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a <br /> "B" or "M" occupancy to an "A-3" occupancy (U.B.C. <br /> Section 502) . The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including <br /> structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy <br /> and disabled access requirements. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
