ACCESS: Access to parking areas shall be provided as follows: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixtec.-n (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20)feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][11) <br /> ii <br /> j. MERGER: Prior to issuance of the Building Permits,all lots shall be merged into one parcel. <br /> k. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit. <br /> I <br /> (1) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> E <br /> (2) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1, of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> (3) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. (C.F.C. Section 105.2.1) <br /> !. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building -Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will.be applicable and shall be incorporated-in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than ten (10)feet from a property line shall be of two (2) hour, fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and protected less than <br /> twenty (20)feet. i <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming to all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> [l <br /> (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> i <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s);including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> t <br /> fl <br /> C.
