j) � MERGER: Prior to issuance of the Building Permits, all lots .shall be merged into one <br /> parcel. is <br /> i <br /> k) UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit. <br /> i <br /> i) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> ii) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard <br /> 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> iii) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life <br /> or property C.F.C. 105.2.1 <br /> 1) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> ,i <br /> i) Exterior walls less than ten'(10) feet from a property line shall be of two (2) hour, fire- <br /> resistive construction. Op6hings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and <br /> protected less than twenty (20) feet. <br /> ii) Provide restrooms conforming to all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> iii) The Construction Site Plan;shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for thePhysically disabled.
