Waterloo Road, Stockton <br /> APPLICATION DE <br /> The Environme al Health Division recommends denial of this <br /> application (st a specific reasons). <br /> 1. Con ction to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin <br /> Co ty Development Title Section 9-1105.2(b)). Connection to <br /> p lic sewer service is less than 200 feet away. <br /> 2. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed <br /> for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of <br /> submittal.
