Waterloo Road, Stockton <br /> APPLICATION CONDITIONAL APPROVAL: <br /> In the event that this application is approved, it is requested that the <br /> following conditions be made a part of this approval. <br /> 1. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2(b)). Connection to public sewer service is less than 200 feet <br /> away. <br /> 2. Disconnect and plug floor drain in garage portion of building. Must be confirmed by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3. The floor drain in the restroom must be connected to sanitary sewer. <br /> 4. All gas or oil drilling operations shall be performed in accordance with the rules and <br /> regulations set forth by the State Division of Oil and Gas, California Department of <br /> Conservation. <br /> (STATE LAW/EHD) <br /> 5. Unregistered underground storage tanks found on site must be properly registered and <br /> permitted. Tanks must be removed under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 6.
