The proposed <br /> L development for the subject property is to create five approximately 40-acre parcels from an existing <br /> approximately 200-acre parcel. The parcel straddles San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties; 127 acres <br /> consisting of the proposed Parcel C,Parcel D and the Designated Remainder lies within San Joaquin <br /> L County.The Soil Suitability Study was completed in anticipation of San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development and Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> L The soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to detern-jine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development.
