According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department's website, (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us) the subject property is zoned AG-40,general agriculture with a Lminimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." LThe elevation of the Site,according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,Vernalis Quadrangles,is 90 to 105 feet above mean sea level. The subject property and vicinity slope to the southeast at a gradient of approximately 15 feet per mile.
