Alfalfa and walnuts are <br /> Lgrown on the property. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department's website, <br /> (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us) the subject property is zoned AG-40,general agriculture with a <br /> Lminimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural <br /> lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." <br /> LThe elevation of the Site,according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,Vernalis <br /> Quadrangles,is 90 to 105 feet above mean sea level. The subject property and vicinity slope to the <br /> southeast at a gradient of approximately 15 feet per mile. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LA tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided by R.B.
