In addition, show on revised plans that <br /> the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used <br /> as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the <br /> 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> NOTE: The site plan shall incorporate the recently installed septic system and <br /> replacement area for the existing home (see permit#SR0038262, dated June 8, <br /> 2004). <br /> D. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., <br /> Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of the existing <br /> well for the proposed church because of its unknown construction and its <br /> potential impacted water quality. <br /> E. The domestic well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Install sanitary seal. <br /> F. Prior to issuance of building permits destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: A pit well appears next to the existing agricultural well. <br />
