Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-46 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water well shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. On Parcels 1 and 2 construct an individual sewage <br /> disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. On Parcels 1 and 2 construction of an individual domestic <br /> water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system(s) . <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels <br /> which will not continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate <br /> private irrigation easements shall be provided. For <br /> private irrigation easements, place the following note on <br /> map near the location of the easement: <br /> "A (size) — foot wide private irrigation easement <br /> shall be conveyed across {lots} {parcels} (nos. ) <br /> at the time of conveyance. Pipeline to be <br /> installed at owner ' s expense. " <br /> C . The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for <br /> all District facilities which may exist on subject <br /> property to serve as replacement for any prescriptive <br /> and/or unrecorded easements that are present. All <br /> existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements <br /> shall be shown on the survey map prior to its recording. <br />
