sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br /> permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> Live Oak searched both databases on January 12, 2015 for any listed sites within <br /> one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database. <br /> Six facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site; <br /> • Central California Traction, 1645 Cherokee, approximately one-quarter <br /> mile northwest of the Site. According to GeoTracker, the LUST case at <br /> _this facility was closed in 2011 by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> • Ragu Foods, 1147 N. D St., approximately 0.14 miles southwest of the <br /> Site. According to GeoTracker, the LUST case at this facility was closed <br /> in 1996. <br /> • John Ray Company, 2249 Waterloo Rd., approximately one-quarter mile <br /> northwest of the Site. According to GeoTracker, the LUST case at this <br /> facility was closed in 2005. It is discussed further below. <br /> • Beacon #41-9, -2350 Waterloo Rd., approximately 0.2 miles north of the <br /> Site. According to GeoTracker, the LUST case at this facility was closed <br /> in 2014 by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> • V—an Der Becgh Foods, 1400 Waterloo Rd, located approximately 0.14 <br /> miles west of the Site. According to GeoTracker, the LUST case at this �� 1 <br /> facility was closed in 1997. -- <br /> • Honolulu Freighht, 1717 Sanguinetti, approximately one-quarter mile <br /> northwest of the Site. According to GeoTracker, the LUST case at this <br /> facility was closed in 1999. <br /> • Valley Plating, 1236 N. Filbert, likely located approximately one-quarter <br /> mile east of the Site. This case is a historical listing on Envirostor. <br /> According to Envirostor, a discovery was made in 1982, and a site <br /> screening was done in 1987. Aqueous solution with metals, acid solution <br /> with metals, and alkaline solution were identified as the contaminants of <br /> concern. No other information was provided by Envirostor. Based on the <br /> low level of regulatory interest in this case, it is considered unlikely_ to have <br /> impacted the subject Site. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List dated June 18, 2014, as well as <br /> the Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation FA, Site Mitigation RO, and <br /> Local Oversight Program lists dated October 2014, for surrounding facilities of <br /> concern. A total of 12 listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of <br /> the Site: <br /> LOGE 1503 5 <br />
