5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Property Owner <br /> Mr. Ghio was interviewed by telephone on January 27, 2015. At this time, he <br /> indicated that GVG Investment Group, of which he is a member, purchased the <br /> Site in 2009 or 2010. Mr. Ghio stated that the houses on the Site were built in _ <br /> 2005 or 2006; he did not know what was on the Site previously. He was not <br /> aware of any fuel tanks, chemical storage, vehicle maintenance, dumping, or <br /> other environmental concerns affecting the Site. <br /> 5.2 Interview with Tenant <br /> Maria Daniela, tenant at 2320 East Harding Way, was interviewed during the Site <br /> visit. She indicated that she has lived in the house since October and has not <br /> observed any environmental issues. <br /> The house at 2321 East Willow Street was vacant at the time of the site visit. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1- Health Department Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site addresses of 2321 East Willow Street and 2320 East Harding <br /> Way. According to Cheryl Field, no records were on file for these addresses <br /> (Personal Communication, February 2, 2015). <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site addresses. No permits were identified. <br /> 7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br /> 7.1 EPA Databases <br /> The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated <br /> sites through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The <br /> SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, <br /> leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land <br /> disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br /> Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br /> DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br /> LOGE 1503 4 <br />
