Parkin <br /> The applicant states a maximum of 500 people will be at an event at one time. As a <br /> result, the number of parking spaces required for the project shall be 335. The <br /> application notes that 200 parking spaces exist for the project area. An additional 135 <br /> spaces will need to be provided. If the additional 135 parking spaces are not located <br /> entirely on the project site, then a recorded parking agreement will be required or similar <br /> statement of intent. The parking agreement would be required prior to approval. <br /> Development Title Section 9-1015.9 permits the modification of these requirements by <br /> the Director in cases, the requirements may be considered insufficient, or excessive. If a <br /> full application is submitted a request for a parking modification will be considered at the <br /> time of application. <br /> Outdoor Entertainment Location <br /> The application proposes a host of outdoor activities and social events. All events that <br /> are proposed outdoors shall be shown on the site plan and all areas for the proposed <br /> outdoor entertainment area will be clearly delineated on the site plan. If the adjacent <br /> parcel APN: 131-220-09 is to be included in the Entertainment Permit, or if any of the <br /> areas on this parcel are proposed for outdoor activities or live entertainment, a merger <br /> application for the parcels may be required. <br /> Hours of Operation (Responsible Person) <br /> All entertainment establishments shall be closed and all patrons shall vacate the <br /> premises between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that as part of a New Year <br /> celebration, entertainment establishments may remain open until 3:00 a.m. on January <br /> 1st. A Responsible Person must be present in the entertainment establishment during <br /> all hours that the entertainment establishment is open and offering entertainment. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1085.8 [c]) <br /> Entertainment Permit Ordinance <br /> A copy of the Entertainment Permit chapter of the Development Title is attached. <br /> Site Plan <br /> A revised Site Plan is required to be submitted with the full application. The Site Plan <br /> must show the following: <br /> • Show on the site plan the areas depicted for weddings, live entertainment <br /> activities and outdoor events. The proposed outside entertainment area shall <br /> be confined within the areas as shown on the revised Site Plan <br /> • Show a traffic circulation plan and width of aisles of driveways. <br /> • Show an area along the dock designated for Sheriff's Boats. <br /> • Show the areas designated for parking depicting the number of spaces <br /> required or submit a letter requesting a modification of the parking <br /> requirements. <br /> • Show on the site plan the refuse location and note on the site plan the <br /> method of removal for litter during live entertainment and outdoor activities. <br /> 2 <br />
