According to Mr. Colburn, the s ' p oI perfy was <br /> purchased in the mid=4-994s from long-term owners as part of a family trust. The property had been <br /> farmed generally with tomatoes,irrigated by water from the river adjacent to the south.Mr.Colburn <br /> stated that to the best of his knowledge,pesticides or other chemicals and machinery were stored off <br /> �. the property and brought on the property as needed; the only machinery storage was personal <br /> vehicles used at the residential complex.The family trust utilized Cerri Farms and associates to run <br /> the farming operations. The purpose of the new tentative parcel map is to divide the property into <br /> three parcels instead of the current two. <br /> No items of potential environmental concern were identified from the interview responses given by <br /> Mr. Colburn except for long-term use of the property for agricultural purposes, with resultant <br /> agricultural chemical use. <br /> 6.0. REGULATORY AGENCY RECORD SEARCH <br /> AGE contacted appropriate regulatory agencies to review records regarding the subject property and <br /> surrounding sites identified as having recognized environmental conditions that have potential to <br /> _ impact the subject property based on groundwater flow direction,distance from the subject property <br /> and nature of the releases causing the environmental condition. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and the Central Valley <br /> Region Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)maintain records of industrial violations for this <br /> area and are the lead agencies for the enforcement of the State Underground Storage Tank and <br /> Hazardous Waste Laws for San Joaquin County. <br /> AGE contacted Environmental Data Resources Inc. (EDR), a data retrieval company,to conduct a <br /> computer search of federal,state and regional regulatory agency databases of sites having recognized <br /> environmental conditions or that had permits to manufacture, store, utilize, treat or dispose <br /> hazardous materials.
