Computer Database Search <br /> The subject property and adjacent properties were not listed on any of the environmental databases <br /> searched by EDR. <br /> 6.2. SITE VICINITY RECORDS <br /> A computer search of federal, state and regional regulatory agency data bases was performed by <br /> Environmental Data Resources Inc. (EDR), a data retrieval company, to identify and locate <br /> properties in areas of concern that have been reported as sites known or suspected to contain <br /> underground storage tanks, or to have been the scene of hazardous materials spills. Additionally, <br /> sites permitted to manufacture,utilize,generate,store,treat or dispose of hazardous materials and/or <br /> hazardous wastes are identified and located.
