31 August 2004 <br /> AGE-NC Project No.04-1188 <br /> Page 20 of 24 <br /> Adjacent Properties: Sites on the CAL-SITES database were typically listed following a visual <br /> observation made by Cal-EPA during a drive-by survey and do not necessarily pose an <br /> _ environmental concern;upgradient sites within%z-mile and adjacent CAL-SITES listings are noted. <br /> The ERNS and CHMIRS databases are lists of unauthorized releases of oils and hazardous <br /> substances,typically from spills,many minor in nature. Only significant spills or spills on adjacent <br /> properties are noted. <br /> 6.3. SUMMARY OF DATABASE SEARCH <br /> No listings on any databases were found within the ASTM Standard E 1527-00 minimum search <br /> distances. <br /> Orphan Sites: Fourteen sites were on the orphan sites list, consisting of sites lacking sufficient <br /> information for EDR to map their locations.Three sites were on a database listing sites of recognized <br /> environmental conditions;two were the Sharpe Defense Depot and one was more than %mile from <br /> the subject property. Eleven sites were on informational database listings; no listed sites appeared <br /> to be the subject property or adjacent properties. AGE found no indication that these sites are of <br /> environmental concern to the subject property. <br /> Public Well Information: The EDR report identified no State Water wells within a'/a-mile radius <br /> of the subject property. <br /> Oil and Gas Wells: The EDR report identified nine State Oil/Gas wells. Two were over one mile <br /> from the property, five were between '/2 to one mile from the property and two were between '/4- <br /> %mile from the property. No wells appeared to be located on,the subject property. <br /> _ A copy of the EDR report is included in Appendix D. <br /> 7.0.
