AGE notes that the tomato planting was generally uniform,
with no dead or dying sections and the plants appeared to be in good condition. AGE noted
no obvious indications of stained soil or burned and distressed vegetation. One truck with
large plastic tanks for water or chemical application was noted near the southwest corner of
the parcel; the truck tanks appeared to be empty. Buried utility lines extended along the
southern portion of the parcel.
• Parcel 26 use included irrigated tomato cultivation; an irrigation pump was located near the
intersection of the levee and river access roads. AGE notes that the tomato planting was
generally uniform, with no dead or dying sections and the plants appeared to be in good
condition. An elongated pond extended along the west side of the levee towards the northern
portion of the parcel; water in the pond appeared to be clean, with some algae growth; the
surrounding aquatic plants and grasses appeared to be healthy.
• AGE noted no obvious indications of stained soil or burned and distressed vegetation. There
was a small amount of residential-type dumping immediately northwest of the intersection
Y of the levee and river access roads.
