There were no items of apparent environmental concern noted on the subject property at the time of .. the site visit except use of the subject property for agricultural purposes. AGE has no direct knowledge that and subsurface contamination of the subject property has occurred. 8.0. SAMPLING AND RESULTS No sampling was done for this investigation. 9.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS We have performed an investigation into the current and historical uses of the property located at 16000 & 16480 South Wing Levee, Tracy, California, the subject property. San Joaquin County Ordinance 9 905.12(a)was used as a guideline to perform this assessment. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the property except: • The extended period of use of the subject property for as long as 90 years for agricultural purposes provides the potential for the property to have been impacted by agricultural chemicals, such as herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers. However, AGE did not note any direct indications of unusual or dangerous use of chemicals on the property,such as unusual staining, chemical wastes or container disposal on the site, chemical storage or dumping, spilled powders, discolored or stained soil or stressed vegetation. • According the property owner, agricultural chemicals were not stored on the property; records seem to show that regular applications of maintenance agricultural chemicals were applied under permit in spring, summer and fall. • Of the chemicals used, only one was restricted, LANNATE 90SP, a Class I pesticide restricted for toxicity, but with no suspected teratogen, carcinogenic or mutagenic (TCM) effects.Because of' in water.and low affinity for soil binding, LANNATE 90SP may havU tential for groundwater contamination.
