[X] 1 . No ester formulation applications allowed. <br /> [_] 2 . A smoke column is reqired at the application site for all Phenoxy <br /> and Dicamba applications by aircraft begining March 16 and continu- <br /> ing through October 15 . <br /> [X] 3 . Do not discharge material more than 10 feet above the crop or target . <br /> [_] 4 . A drift reducing agent shall be added to the spray mixture at label <br /> rates . <br /> [X] 5 . Maximum wind velocity for Phenoxy herbicides 10 m.p.h. <br /> [X] 6 . Maximum wind velocity for Dicamba - 10 m.p.h. Dicamba applications by ground are restricted to a minimum distance <br /> of 20 feet from the following susceptible crops : beans, safflower, <br /> tomato, curcurbits, potatoes and 1/4 mile from grapes and sunflowers . <br /> 10 . No Dicamba or Phenoxy herbicide applications allowed begining March <br /> 16 and continuing through October 15, and until grape leaves in the <br /> vicinity of the treated area are "browned off" . <br /> 10/90 REVISED <br />
