WOODBRIDGE ROAD, ACAMPO) <br /> A Revision of Approved Actions application to increase the number of marketing events from <br /> four per year to sixteen per year and increase the number of attendees per marketing event <br /> from forty people to 120 people for a previously approved small winery. (Use Type: Wineries <br /> and Wine Cellars-Winery, Small) <br /> The project site is located south of Woodbridge Road, 1,700 feet west of Tretheway Road, <br /> northeast of Lodi. <br /> The General Plan designation of the site is AIG (General Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource <br /> Conservation) and the zoning designation is AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and has the following <br /> comments: <br /> Background <br /> On April 28, 2006, the Community Development Department approved Site Approval application <br /> No. PA-0600033 for a small winery with a tasting room and four marketing events per year with <br /> a maximum attendance of forty people per marketing event. (Use Type: Wineries and Wine <br /> Cellars- Winery, Small) <br /> On November 1, 2010, the Community Development Department approved Lot Line Adjustment <br /> application No. PA-1000219. The notice was recorded but title was not transferred in the new <br /> configuration. The resultant parcel configuration from the lot line adjustment application is <br /> depicted on the site plan for the Revision of Approved Actions application. As a Condition of <br /> Approval, title must transfer in the new configuration prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> 1 <br />
