PA-0600033 OF TOM HOFFMAN (C/O HERITAGE OAK WINERY)(APN: 017-230-01)(10112 E. WOODBRIDGE ROAD, ACAMPO) A Revision of Approved Actions application to increase the number of marketing events from four per year to sixteen per year and increase the number of attendees per marketing event from forty people to 120 people for a previously approved small winery. (Use Type: Wineries and Wine Cellars-Winery, Small) The project site is located south of Woodbridge Road, 1,700 feet west of Tretheway Road, northeast of Lodi. The General Plan designation of the site is AIG (General Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource Conservation) and the zoning designation is AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and has the following comments: Background On April 28, 2006, the Community Development Department approved Site Approval application No. PA-0600033 for a small winery with a tasting room and four marketing events per year with a maximum attendance of forty people per marketing event. (Use Type: Wineries and Wine Cellars- Winery, Small) On November 1, 2010, the Community Development Department approved Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1000219. The notice was recorded but title was not transferred in the new configuration. The resultant parcel configuration from the lot line adjustment application is depicted on the site plan for the Revision of Approved Actions application. As a Condition of Approval, title must transfer in the new configuration prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. 1
