Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> mod��ifiecjl <br /> �*'A—Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> entral Valley Region,prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank <br /> practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required <br /> for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> D. Open,pump, and backfill the abandoned septic tank(installed under permit 73-959)under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> F. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> MR d <br />
