Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc and the ^C <br /> prior to issuance of the building permit. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 3622) <br /> f . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act 66411. 1) <br /> g. Parcel 2 sha1L contain a minimum of 1. 5 acres net. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-3109. 5) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> Parcel 1 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> San Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel 1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 3 .
