limit would be reduced to 35 m.p.h.
Landscaping: One neighbor expressed concern regarding the views from the project site adversely
impacting his house and requested the applicant hire a landscape architect chosen by the neighbor to
develop a master landscaping plan. Additionally, the neighbor requested the applicant plant large
specimen trees to screen views from the subject parcel and the adjacent parcel to the west. There is an
existing six foot high chain link fence along the southwest corner of the property. This project is a revision
to the phasing only and will be subject to the landscaping requirements contained in the original
conditions of approval.
Trash: One neighbor expressed concern regarding unnecessary trash on the side of the road from
contractors and trucks leaving the winery and recommended having trash picked up once a month on
Woodbridge Road from the winery to State Route 99. The applicant indicated the winery does conduct
litter clean up and incorporates cleaning in the employee and trucking company training. If the trash
problem persists in the roadways, the neighbor can notify the Department of Public Works.
San Joaquin County UP-97-16/RME, Inc.
Community Development Page 4
