The nearest street intersection is Calimyrna Road. The area is known as Collierville. <br /> The included Tentative Map shows the proposed subdivision of 4 lots.No public water or sewer <br /> service is available. All lots will have access to Woodson Road. Woodson Road runs between <br /> Lower Sacramento Road and US Route 99. The area is zoned RR. <br /> PAST AND PRESENT USES OF THE SITE <br /> Collierville is primarily a residential area.No major manufacturing or industrial operations <br /> '9. 0 presentlyexist. The proposed lots of 2 acres each, will be for residential use. Three lots to the <br /> P P <br /> east of this site were previously subdivided. The land is vacant. Past use was for pasture. An <br /> irrigation well on the parcels to the east supplied water for irrigation.No well exists on the subject <br /> parcel. A drainage channel meanders thru the golf course, running NE to SW.
