3104 1969 Add 1 Pit 3157 1998 New System 3160 2003 New System GROUNDWATER INFORMATION '-The map "Lines of equal depth to groundwater, spring 1999" shows the approximate depth to static water of 60'. 7 Agricultural Records of Chemical Use for the past 5 years were requested from the Office of the Agriculture Commissioner of San Joaquin County as part of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report. The response was negative and included in this report. The golf course maintains the greens and landscaping as required. E SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION No pit was dug on the site. The soilrofile is determined b observation of the soil removed from P Y the test hole and the rate of drilling. The site map shows the location of the test hole on each lot. The location selected for the test holes on each lot was approximately in the center. A layer of silt and other fines was located approximately 8'below the surface. All tests failed. The drill rig moved easterly and then westerly on each lot and augured test holes. More hardpan was found to the west and a sand layer was located on all of the four lots approximately 125'west of the easterly property line. The top 5'was hardpan, with the exception of the top few inches. From 5' to approximately 15' clay existed and the upper portions of the clay was damp. The sand layer was approximately Yin depth beginning about 15'. The sand removed was dry. PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION The site map shows the measured distances to the test hole on each of the four parcels. The failed test results are included. The testing was performed on April 6, 2007. Shallow and deep holes were tested. All failed. ✓ Retest was conducted on April 19 and 20, 2007, after a 24 hour pre-soak period. The schematic included shows the test hole data per EHD Standards.
