CONCLUSION <br /> The area is suitable for pit type septic systems based <br /> upon the attached deep percolation tests . <br /> If the systems are properly installed, it is my opinion <br /> that the ground water will not be adversely effected. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the <br /> information provided regarding the existing and <br /> proposed development, and on the site conditions as <br /> they existed at the time the percolation tests.
