Prior to releasing the project into construction, a detailed environmental
review of the site will be conducted in order to address environmental sensitivities located at the site.
Describe any vegetation on-site by type and extent:
The proposed location of the blast-resistant modular buildings is already graded and base rocked. Therefore,
no additional vegetation will be removed.
Air Quality
Describe air pollutants that may result from the project(e.g.construction related dust, vehicle trips per day, fire places, incinerators,
etc.):
Flatbed trucks will deliver a total of (7) - 12'x40' blast resistant modular (BRM) to site. Assumed that this
would equate to total of 7 truck trips.
F:IDEVSVC1Planning Application FormsTlood Variance.doc.(Revised 5-11-09) Page 4 of 7
