Describe any on-site or off-site sources of noise or vibration (e.g. freeway noise, heavy equipment, etc. : This project is only proposing replacing the existing trailers on-site. There will be no additional noise or vibration created, other than that which is associated with the existing operation. Describe any on-site or off-site sources of light of glare(e.g. parkinglot lighting, or reflective materials used): The project is proposing adding a maximum of (3) pole mounted parking lot lights and (4) wall mounted exterior lights above the doorways. Describe any on-site or off-site source of odor(e.g. agricultural wastes): This project will not affect the existing operation at the site. Therefore, there will no odors produced as a result on installing these blast-resistant modular buildings. Describe any displacement of people that will be caused by the project(e.g. numbers of people, housing units): No people will be displaced as a result of this project. FINDINGS The following findings of fact must be made by the County before a Variance can be granted. Indicate what facts in the case of this application support each of the findings. These findings that you provide will be included with the Staff Reports that are distributed to members at the Planning Commission. 1. There is good and sufficient cause for the Flood Variance. See attached memorandum 2. Failure to grant the Flood Variance would result in exceptional hardship to the applicant.
