STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> LSJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA 04-286 <br /> L, 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> I Our office was contracted by Mr. Dennis Gardmeyer c/o Mr. Steve Sinnock of Kjeldson, Sinnock <br /> &Neudeck, Inc. to conduct a soil suitability study for the proposed minor subdivision at 3443 <br /> North Zuckerman Road, Stockton, California. <br /> L, The soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> LIn addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> I_ <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Cbecklis5 dated July 14, 2003. <br /> r <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> LThe Assessor's Parcel Numbers for the Site are 129-080-47 and 129-080-53. The parcel 129-080-47 <br /> is 315 acres in size and 129-080-53 is 1895.91 acres. The San Joaquin County application number is <br /> ' PA 04-286.
