(3�, <br /> ` 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters on McDonald Island,and made the assumption that each building cluster has at <br /> least one septic system.
