The SSP must be reviewed and signed by all on-site <br /> employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the site. General safe work practices are <br /> identified in the Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (GZA) Injury and Illness Prevention Manual and <br /> apply to all GZA work sites. <br /> The provisions set-forth in this SSP shall apply to GZA employees and any subcontractors working <br /> for GZA at the job site. All personnel working for GZA at the job site must read this SSP, and sign <br /> the attached Compliance Agreement before entering the work area. Field personnel may deviate <br /> from the safety provisions set-forth in this SSP, but only to upgrade or increase the safety <br /> requirements. GZA personnel may suspend work if unsafe working conditions are identified or <br /> observed, or unauthorized modifications to the safety provisions set-forth in this SSP are made. If <br /> changes in site or working conditions require changes in safety procedures, appropriate <br /> amendments to this SSP will be provided by the GZ4 project manager or supervisor, with the <br /> written approval of a GZA branch safety officer or the GZA Health and Safety Director. <br /> PAGE 2 <br />
