A total of 28.8 acre-feet of disinfected effluent storage capacity is required for flows of <br /> 77,700 gpd; and <br /> 4. The Discharger proposes to construct a new geomembrane-lined disinfected effluent <br /> storage basin with a capacity of 17.0 acre-feet, which will bring the total effluent storage <br /> capacity to 41.8 acre-feet. <br /> Based on the 2015 Recycled Water Application Plan, the following storage and land application <br /> additions constructed in 2015 consists of the following: <br /> 1. The 6.0 acre-foot Storage Basin No. 2 located in the Northwest corner of the <br /> development; <br /> 2. A 5.1 acre land application area located in the Northeast corner of the development <br /> adjacent to Basin No. 1; <br /> 3. A 3.2 acre land application area located to the East of new Basin No. 2, and <br /> 4. Pond 2 pump station and associated piping and controls. <br /> The request for a higher flow limit as allowed by the WDRs is approved. The monthly average <br /> flow limit for the facility is now 77.700 gpd.
