The new property SC 544 <br /> owner, Harpal Chahal, posted his contact information on the fence of the property. <br /> He was called (209-408-3147) and an appointment was made to inspect the <br /> facility to see if any hazardous wastes were still on site from Debco towing. <br /> Met with the property owner, Harpal Chahal. Chahal granted me permission to <br /> inspect the property and take photos. The following hazardous waste streams <br /> were observed: used oil, oil filters, oily absorbent, paints, fluorescent lights, and <br /> batteries. <br /> A copy of Debco's December 21, 2019 hazardous waste inspection report and the <br /> photos taken were given to Chahal. Chahal has owned the property since <br /> December 14, 2019 and has taken out a Temp ID number to dispose of the waste. <br /> He received the list of disposal companies I gave him and he has started to call <br /> them. <br /> Got back to the office and started to write the report. <br /> 04/24/2019 Completed typing up the report. Emailed it to Harpal Chahal at PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 84 min <cvn360@yahoo.com> Called and left a message to see if he received it. SC 544 <br /> Created a complaint. <br /> Called Harpal again and discussed the notice to abate with him. He is in the <br /> process of finding a contractor to clean the waste. <br /> 04/24/2019 Amended the report to include discharge of any waste. Sent the following email to PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 24 min Harpal: I have amended the notice to abate. The goal of getting rid of all the SC 007 <br /> waste is still the same though. <br /> I also wanted to inform you that I am going to be charging for my time at 152 <br /> dollars per hour. I will stop charging once the complaint has been abated. <br /> If you have any questions, please let me know. <br /> 05/24/2019 Discussed the complaint with Garrett Backus. Created a photo log. Moved the PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 60 min photos and the photo log to a staff sharing file. SC 544 <br /> 05/29/2019 Called and spoke with Harpal Chahal (408-981-2842). He said that he is in the PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 18 min process of disposing of all the waste. The used oil has been taken off the site. He SC 544 <br /> is going to be making a trip to the HHW tomorrow. <br /> 06/10/2019 Called Harpal Chahal (408-981-2842) and asked for an update. He told me that PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 12 min he is going to disposing of the UV waste in the upcoming week. I told him I need a SC 544 <br /> response for every item on the notice to abate. <br /> 06/25/2019 Filed disposal records received from Harpal Chahal <cvn360@yahoo.com>. PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 12 min Called Harpal, 408-981-2842, asking for an update. He came on a Wed when the SC 544 <br /> HHW was closed and they told him to come back on a Thursday. <br /> He had questions concerning billing. <br /> 07/08/2019 Received a call from Harpal Chahal 408-981-2842, asking about an invoice he PE 2546 ALANIZ <br /> 12 min recieved.
