(2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the <br /> perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. One tree shall <br /> be required for each five (5) parking stalls or portion thereof and shall be evenly spaced <br /> throughoutthe parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> k. SCREENING: Screening of storage areas shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Said screening shall be <br /> six(6)to eight(8)feet in height. Items stored within one hundred(100)feet of a dedicated street <br /> or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1022.4[ej) <br /> 2.
