Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Ms. Jolley:
Caltrans Traffic Operations unit has reviewed the traffic data requested from our letter,
dated October 3, 2001, for Site Approval Application (SA-01-70) to expand an existing
road oil sales and spreading business at 232 N. Golden Gate Avenue, Stockton (APN 143-
390-02), and has the following comments:
Based upon the provided traffic trips generated by the proposed project, Caltrans has
determined this proposal will not have a significant impact on our State Highway system
at this time. However, impact fees should be collected towards future improvements at
the State Route.26/99 interchange to mitigate for cumulative impacts.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss these comments in more detail, please
contact Mike Higgins at (209) 948-3996 (e-mail: mhiggins@dot.ca.gov).
Sincerely,
TOM DUMAS, Chief
Office of Intermodal Planning
I
6095Q.MLLEY.SI.UE RAVERTY,REVISE
HIGGP1S.n
