i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of Miner Avenue and Golden Gate Avenue, shall be installed across <br /> the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> 2) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not <br /> including landscaping along the street frontage. One tree shall be required for <br /> each five (5) parking stalls or portion thereof, and shall be evenly spaced <br /> throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5 <br /> j. SCREENING: Screening of storage areas shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> 1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas from trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Said screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height.
