(DISTRICT 1). <br /> APPLICANT: Robert Jensen APNs: 143-410-26 and <br /> 143-410-29 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250,telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood <br /> maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Golden Gate Avenue and Miner Avenue have existing right-of-way widths of 40 feet and <br /> planned right-of-way widths of 50 feet. Alice Street has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
