EI Dorado St., Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by May 26, 2011 <br />along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br />violation and any supporting paperwork. <br />"Facility generated 30.02 tons of hazardous waste in 2010. <br />Notes: <br />- Discussed proper metal fine handling and hazardous waste determination. <br />- The phone number for the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) listed in the <br />contingency plan is outdated. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is not <br />included in the contact list, but should be contacted in the case of any significant or threatened release. <br />- Testing was conducted on samples of wash rack solids in November 2008 and September 2010. <br />Some of the quality control recovery percentages for this testing are below passing levels. This may <br />require retesting of the samples in order to ensure accurate results. <br />- Facility may be returning rags contaminated with lacquer thinner and other flammables to their <br />laundering service (Unifirst).
