TANK AND SECONDARY CONTAINMENT ASSESSMENT <br />This document was prepared for: <br />California Tank.Lines, Inc. <br />3105 S. El Dorado Street <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Tank/system identification: <br />Two 10,300 gallon and two 5100 gallon storage tanks for wastewater. The tanks <br />are installed in three connected containment areas along with two unused cone <br />bottom tanks. As of the date of this assessment, only one 10,300 gallon tank is <br />being used to store wastewater in the pretreatment system. <br />Date of inspection(s)/assessment: <br />The tanks and containment areas were inspected on August 26, 2008, following <br />installation of seismic restraints, and again on June 29, 2010, following <br />modifications to the piping system to create three connected containment areas. <br />The tank and containment assessment was completed on July 7, 2010. <br />I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br />my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br />personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry <br />of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for <br />gathering the information, the information is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, <br />true, accurate, and complete.
