These contain necessary <br /> administrative information, in addition to the following: <br /> • Records of all training received. <br /> • Acknowledgement of receipt of training and company policies and procedures. <br /> • List of handbooks and other information received. <br /> • List of PPE issued to the employee. <br /> In addition to the training files maintained individually in each employees file, the <br /> company maintains group files of all training. These files will be maintained as long as <br /> the facility is in operation, and for at least three years from the date of last employment <br /> for those employees no longer employed, as required by 22 CCR 66265.16. <br />
