Report completed on May 21, 2014. Checklist left on site at <br /> time of inspection. Added violation #204. Violation #108 has been changed to Class II. <br /> Class I violation: (204) <br /> 204. A partially full container of H-101 sanitizer was observed in a trash can in the wastewater treatment <br /> area. A container of Power Punch oil supplement and Rotella T motor oil were observed in the "recycle <br /> only" bin; a steady stream of liquid was observed from both containers. A car stereo was observed in the <br /> scrap metal bin. The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing of the disposal, is prohibited when <br /> the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted for hazardous waste disposal. The containers and <br /> stereo were all removed from the bins for proper disposal in the appropriate universal waste and <br /> hazardous waste containers at the time of inspection.
