Disposal records/manifests of solids for both facilities mentioned above, for 2014, <br />2015 and 2016 <br />3. Sample test for all solids from both facilities that were shipped offsite in 2014 , <br />2015 and 2016 <br />4. Effluent and pH flow charts of Stockton Facility for July/ August/ September, <br />2016 <br />5. Installation date and dimension of the new cone tanks in Stockton Facility <br />6. Approximate size and dimension of the following tanks in the wastewater <br />treatment system in Stockton Facility <br />➢ Oil skimmer tank in wash rack <br />➢ Caustic tank in wastewater treatment system <br />➢ Sulfuric acid tank in wastewater treatment system <br />➢ Pre and Post -neutralized tanks <br />➢ Tank 1, 2 and 3 in wastewater treatment system <br />7. Test results done for the City monitoring for Stockton Facility for 2014 , 2015 and <br />2016 <br />DTSC requests the information and documentation requested in this letter pursuant to <br />California Health and Safety Code section 25185.6, which gives DTSC the authority to <br />require any person who owns or operates a hazardous waste facility, or who generates <br />hazardous waste, to furnish any existing information relating to hazardous substances, <br />hazardous wastes, or hazardous materials. <br />In accordance with the California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 66272.65, et <br />seq., each day that a violation continues is considered a separate and distinct violation, <br />and DTSC may assess additional penalties for each day that a violation continues. The <br />issuance of this letter does not preclude DTSC from taking administrative, civil, or <br />criminal action as a result of the violations noted in this letter and in the inspection <br />report. <br />
