Test results done for the City monitoring for Stockton Facility for 2014 , 2015 and 2016 DTSC requests the information and documentation requested in this letter pursuant to California Health and Safety Code section 25185.6, which gives DTSC the authority to require any person who owns or operates a hazardous waste facility, or who generates hazardous waste, to furnish any existing information relating to hazardous substances, hazardous wastes, or hazardous materials. In accordance with the California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 66272.65, et seq., each day that a violation continues is considered a separate and distinct violation, and DTSC may assess additional penalties for each day that a violation continues. The issuance of this letter does not preclude DTSC from taking administrative, civil, or criminal action as a result of the violations noted in this letter and in the inspection report.
