Test results done for the City monitoring for Stockton Facility for 2014, 2015 and �� ENT <br />Review of the Additional Documents <br />DTSC received the following documents on October 31, and November 1, 2016 via email. <br />➢ Water reports for 3 years <br />➢ pH charts for 3months <br />➢ flow reading charts for 3 months <br />➢ daily log/records of the wash rack <br />The following document- review was made after receiving the documents from Cal Tank Lines <br />on October 31 and November 1, 2016. <br />Water Reports (2014-2016) <br />Water reports are the data set of self-monitoring program submitted to the City of Stockton on <br />monthly basis. Water reports include the following information: <br />➢ Daily pH readings <br />> Daily flow readings <br />BOD data (Approximately 10 samples are analyzed monthly) <br />➢ Total suspended solids data (Approximately 10 samples are analyzed monthly) <br />➢ Oil and Grease (Approximately 5 samples are analyzed monthly) <br />Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon data (Approximately 5 samples are analyzed monthly) <br />➢ Total dissolved solid <br />The Report also includes daily wash logs, which describe the content of the trailers carried <br />before washing, time in/out, and the company which owns the trailer. <br />Every three years, Cal Tank Lines reports other parameters such as VOCs, Electric Conductivity, <br />cations and anions, and metals and metalloid (Hg). <br />Monthly discharges of BOD, TSS, pH and flow are within the permitted range.
