Inspection Date: September 29, 2016 <br />DTSC staff also observed two 55 -gallon drums, labelled as "empty" but were not labeled <br />with the dates they were empty. I cited it as the violation of California Code of Regulation title <br />22 section 66261.7, for not labelling the empty date. This violation did not include in the SOV <br />issued on October 19, 2016, but in this inspection report, as violation # 10. <br />When we walked past the wash rack building, DTSC staff observed one 5 -gallon bucket <br />containing used oil, near the door to the wash rack.
