Comstock Rd, Linden, CA 95328. <br /> Dear Mr. Vaccarezza: <br /> The Environmental Health Department (EHD) staff conducted a routine waste tire <br /> inspection of the waste tire site located at 17701 E. Comstock Rd, Linden, CA <br /> 95328, on March 15, 2005, pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code <br /> (PRC), Section 43303. The site was evaluated for compliance with applicable <br /> sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR). On the <br /> above date, it was determined that more than 500 waste tires were being stored <br /> on site. Enclosed is a copy of the Inspection Report for your records. <br /> The following violations of Division 30, PRC and Title 14, CCR were <br /> documented: <br /> 30 PRC 42951 Waste Tire Hauler Registration <br /> 14 CCR 18459 Manifesting Requirements <br /> 30 PRC 42834 Operator Authorized by Permit <br /> 14 CCR 18423 Filing of Application <br /> 14 CCR 17351 Fire Prevention Measures <br /> 14 CCR 17353 Vector Control Measures <br /> 14 CCR 17354 Storage of Waste Tires <br /> The EHD is requesting that you do the following by April 23, 2005: <br /> 1) Remove the waste tires from this premise. All waste tires removed <br /> from your property are required to be transported by a registered waste <br /> tire hauler (see attached list) to an authorized destination facility. Each <br /> load of tires removed shall be properly manifested. <br />
