The unlabeled box of <br /> florescent tubes was shipped by ACT, see shipping paper attached. <br /> Observations/Comments: the SPCC Plan Tier I Template is complete and the Plan is <br /> implemented. Additional training has been completed,not all of the certifications have <br /> been received from NES at this time.
