® WorleyParsons <br /> resources&energy <br /> 2.4.3 Site Buildings <br /> The following buildings will be erected on the site: <br /> Water Treatment Building <br /> Warehouse Building <br /> Cooling Tower Chemical Feed Building <br /> Each building will be a "pre-engineered" building and will be erected on site. The <br /> buildings will conform to CBC2007 and ADA requirements. Each building will have <br /> dedicated HVAC, lighting and building services such as water and sewer connections as <br /> applicable. <br /> The administration building will include office spaces, restroom and locker room facilities <br /> and kitchen facilities. <br /> 2.4.4 Fire Pumphouse Module (if supplied) <br /> The fire pumphouse module, including a jockey pump and one electric fire water pump <br /> will be located adjacent to the fire/service water tank. Suitable access doors will be <br /> provided for maintenance of the pumps. <br /> 2.4.5 CEMS Enclosures <br /> The CEMS enclosures will be single-story, insulated, pre-fabricated shop-assembled <br /> (modular) metal building supported on a reinforced concrete foundation. The enclosures <br /> will be located at ground level. The buildings will contain continuous emissions <br /> monitoring equipment and other miscellaneous electrical equipment such as lighting <br /> panels. The buildings will be provided with HVAC equipment to maintain proper <br /> temperature control for the electronic equipment. Door access will be provided for <br /> installation and maintenance of equipment. <br /> 2.4.5.1 Concrete Masonry <br /> Hollow load bearing or nonload-bearing concrete masonry unit (CMU) partitions may be <br /> used as fire boundaries where required by code in accordance with the UL Fire Resistance <br /> Directory. CMU's will be either hollow, normal weight, nonload bearing Type I <br /> conforming to ASTM C 129, or load-bearing Grade N, Type I conforming to ASTM C <br /> 90.4. CMU's will be filled with mortar and will conform to ASTM C 270, Type M. <br /> CMU's will be reinforced as required to meet load capacity. <br /> 2.4.5.2 Pre-Formed Metal Siding <br /> Exterior siding will be an insulated field-assembled siding system. Exterior face panels <br /> will be 24-gauge minimum; interior liner panels will be 24-gauge minimum standard <br /> sheets of galvanized steel.
