In addition,he is experienced in global <br /> positioning system(GPS)technology used for habitat mapping,wetland delineation,and special <br /> status species surveys. <br /> Mr. Huddleston has conducted numerous protocol surveys for federally-listed vernal pool <br /> crustaceans for many clients,including Travis Air Force Base,Camp Pendleton Marine Corps <br /> Base,the California Department of Transportation and the Riverside County Transportation <br /> Commission. In addition,he has been involved in long-term population monitoring projects for <br /> vernal pool species in the Greater Jepson Prairie ecosystem in Solano County,California. <br /> Mr. Huddleston has previous experience with the Agate Desert and vernal pools in Southern <br /> Oregon as an undergraduate student,a masters student,and while working for the Southwest <br /> Oregon office of the Nature Conservancy.
